Hi, I’m Andee — mama, Pilates instructor, and wellness coach with an M.S. in Psychology. I created Your Wellness Mom Friend to guide moms through one of the biggest transitions of life: the journey into motherhood.
When I became a mom, I found myself without the “village” everyone talks about. I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of how to take care of myself while caring for my baby. The one anchor I had was my gentle Pilates and mindfulness practice, which carried me through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Now, I help other moms find that same sense of calm, strength, and wholeness. My coaching and resources are designed for the Nesting period (when excitement meets overwhelm) and the 4th Trimester (when your body, mind, and identity are shifting in powerful ways).
Through mindfulness, gentle movement, and practical wellness tools (all in 10 minutes or less), I support moms in reconnecting with themselves, easing anxiety, and feeling strong and grounded during this new season of life.
Motherhood is a transformation & you don’t have to walk through it alone. I’m here to be your wellness guide, your cheerleader, and your friend along the way.
