I’m Andee, mom, founder of Your Wellness Mom Friend, and someone deeply passionate about helping mothers feel steadier in their bodies and supported in their lives.
I support busy moms at any stage of motherhood who feel overwhelmed, on edge, or constantly “on” not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because their nervous system has been carrying a lot.
I hold an M.S. in Psychology, I’m Pilates certified, and I’ve spent years studying mindfulness, somatic practices, and gentle movement. I also bring over a decade of experience designing and leading retreats, spaces intentionally created for women to reset, reconnect, and feel like themselves again.
But what truly shaped this work was becoming a mother.
After giving birth to my daughter, I found myself anxious, overstimulated, and without the kind of support I needed. Like many moms, I didn’t have a village and I didn’t need more advice. I needed someone who understood what I was going through, and tools that actually helped me feel better.
That season broke me down in many ways. And it also rebuilt me into a more grounded, aware, and empowered version of myself.
What helped me most were simple, body-based practices that allowed my nervous system to settle: gentle movement, breathing, and small moments of intentional pause.
That experience changed everything.
I began to understand that so much of what moms struggle with; irritability, exhaustion, snapping, feeling disconnected, isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a nervous system one.
Your Wellness Mom Friend was created to fill the gap between knowing what you “should” do and actually being able to do it when life feels full and to offer the kind of support I wish I had during my own transition into motherhood.
Today, I support moms in a few different ways, depending on what they need:
Concierge Support: personalized, one-on-one support for moms-to-be and new moms who want to feel held, prepared, and supported through this transition
Nervous System Resets: simple, effective practices to help you feel calmer and more in control in minutes
Retreats: intentional spaces for deeper reset, connection, and restoration
All rooted in practices that fit into real life, often in 10 minutes or less.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or striving for constant calm. It’s about learning how to come back to yourself, again and again, and knowing you don’t have to do it alone.
