Private Women’s Day Retreat: Wellness for Moms

In honor of International Women’s Day, you’re invited to an intimate, half-day retreat designed to nourish the woman behind the role. The part of you that holds, leads, loves, and keeps going.
Hosted in a serene private residence in Bel Air, this exclusive retreat blends gentle strength, reflection, and connection in a beautifully curated space. It’s a pause from the noise, a return to yourself, and a reminder of who you are beyond the to-do list.
Spots are intentionally limited to preserve depth, presence, and care.
Your Experience Includes
Welcome Ritual
Begin the morning with a sensory grounding experience at our aromatherapy bar, followed by a guided intention-setting circle to gently arrive and connect.
Power Pilates: “Strong as a Mother”
An uplifting, confidence-building Pilates class designed to awaken strength, resilience, and embodied presence — honoring the power you carry every day.
Vision Board Workshop
A guided creative session to reconnect with your desires and clarify your vision for the year ahead. This is about remembering what matters to you.
Lunch & Community Connection
Enjoy a light, nourishing meal shared with other women in a warm, unhurried setting. Conversation, laughter, and meaningful connection encouraged.
Healing Closing Experience
We’ll close the morning with a calming, heart-centered healing experience — such as cacao or Reiki — designed to help your nervous system settle and integrate the day.
