Hi, I’m Andee, mom, founder of Your Wellness Mom Friend, and someone who understands how full and overwhelming motherhood can feel, especially when you’re trying to hold everything together.
I’m a full-time working mom building this alongside real life, and my work is shaped not just by my background in psychology, Pilates, and mindfulness, but by my own experience navigating motherhood without the support I needed.
What I longed for wasn’t more information, it was guidance, space to reset, and someone who truly understood what I was going through.
